Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit & Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in. For bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments are accepted via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Please add 3.5% for Visa/Mastercard and 4.4% for American Express as a transaction-related charges. Final confirmation will be issued upon full payment.

2. Booking Amendments

We understand that travel plans may change. You may amend your booking, and we will do our best to assist, subject to availability and feasibility. Flexibility is key, especially with weather or operational constraints.

3. Cancellation Policy

+ NON-REFUNDABLE FEES:

– 30 USD/person for hotel or Pu Luong group tours

– 100 USD/person for flight tickets or package tours

– All surcharge/ transaction fees

+ CUSTOMER CANCELLATION FEES:

– >60 days before arrival: Refundable, minus non-refundable fees

– 59–31 days: 30% of total booking value

– 30–15 days: 50%

– 14–7 days: 70%

– <7 days or No-show: 100%

Cancellation terms may vary for group bookings and based on supplier policies. Please check with your travel consultant for exact conditions.

4. Cancellation by Pu Luong EcoLuxe

We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or safety concerns. In such cases, you may reschedule or request a refund (excluding transaction fees and third-party costs).

5. Unused Services

No refunds will be issued for any unused services after check-in.

6. Liability

Pu Luong EcoLuxe is not liable for personal loss, injury, delays, or costs caused by unforeseen events. We recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to arrival. Tour arrangements may change due to local conditions – we will offer equivalent alternatives whenever possible.

7. Passport & Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your entry date. Please ensure you have all necessary visas or permits before traveling.

8. Travel Insurance

Our rates do not include travel insurance. Guests are strongly advised to secure insurance covering health, trip cancellations, delays, lost baggage, and other risks.

9. Photography

We may take photographs during your stay for promotional purposes. By staying at Pu Luong EcoLuxe, you grant us the right to use these images unless you inform our staff in advance.
